  • TIAA 403b退休计划

    The School maintains both a Defined Contribution (matching) and Tax Deferred Annuity (non-matching) retirement plan for employees.
     
    An employee who has previously participated in a similar employer-sponsored retirement or pension plan, 并能证明这一点, is immediately eligible to join the School’s matching plan and receive an 8% employer match (employees must contribute 4% in order to receive the match).
